These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and plus778. By registering an account or using any feature of the plus778 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines to hold a plus778 account. PAGCOR regulations strictly prohibit access by minors. Identity verification is mandatory.
One account per player. Player funds are held in segregated accounts. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified Philippine payment channels including GCash and major banks.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

2.1 By registering an account on plus778, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all supplementary game rules published on the Platform. 2.2 Your acceptance is indicated through your affirmative action during registration — specifically your confirmation tick on the registration form. You may not register without this confirmation.

2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of a translation or summary being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.
3.1 To open and maintain a plus778 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances in accordance with AML obligations.
3.3 During registration and at any time thereafter, plus778 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, PRC Professional ID, and COMELEC Voter's ID. Accounts that have not completed KYC may be restricted from withdrawal pending verification.
3.4 You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. plus778 is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the Player, including failure of identity verification or inability to process withdrawals.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. plus778 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Use of your account by any third party — including family members — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
4.3 You must notify plus778 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. plus778 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account pending security review.
4.4 plus778 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on your account at any time, including requests for updated identification or source-of-funds documentation in compliance with AML regulations. Failure to respond to such requests within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.
4.5 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50, deducted from the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 All transactions on the plus778 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). plus778 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin. Supported payment methods and limits are displayed on the Deposits page within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier. Players are advised to check current limits within their account settings.
5.3 Deposits credited to your wallet must be used for gaming activity and are subject to the terms of any applicable bonus. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without genuine gameplay activity may be flagged as potential abuse and reviewed under AML procedures.
5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to a verified bank account registered in the same name as the plus778 account. plus778 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.5 KYC verification must be completed before plus778 processes any withdrawal request. plus778 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above applicable thresholds in compliance with AMLC reporting requirements.
5.6 plus778 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ. plus778 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or force majeure events.
6.1 plus778 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms, the promotional-specific term prevails.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits. Unless specifically stated otherwise, real-money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds become available for wagering after the real-money balance has been exhausted or as otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Standard wagering requirements for welcome and reload bonuses are disclosed per-promotion. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within any stated time limit. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.

7.2 All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generation software independently tested by accredited testing laboratories. Where a manifest error is identified, plus778 will attempt to restore affected accounts to the position they were in prior to the error.
7.5 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel, etc.) captured via HD video stream. These outcomes are not subject to plus778 software control beyond the stream itself.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plus778 Platform:

Where prohibited conduct is suspected, plus778 may immediately suspend an account pending investigation, withhold pending withdrawals, and report relevant transaction data to competent Philippine authorities.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.2 plus778's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 plus778 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes plus778's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.5 In cases of Force Majeure, plus778's obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event. plus778 will notify Players of any material impact on services as soon as reasonably practicable.
12.1 plus778 is a registered data controller under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and is compliant with the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed solely for the purposes described in the plus778 Privacy Policy.
12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including identity documents, financial information, and gaming history — as described in the Privacy Policy. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, regulatory reporting, and responsible gaming purposes.
12.3 plus778 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, game software providers, and PAGCOR or AMLC where required by law.

13.1 plus778 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 13.2 Amendments may be required to comply with PAGCOR regulatory updates, Philippine legislative changes, court orders, or to reflect new services added to the Platform. We will endeavour to publish a clear summary of material changes alongside the updated Terms.
13.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any amendment, you must discontinue use and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14.1 You may close your plus778 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
14.2 plus778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
14.3 Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, plus778 may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, withhold any balance attributable to fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. Balances arising from legitimate deposits not related to the breach will be returned to the verified payment method within thirty (30) business days.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).
15.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the plus778 Platform shall first be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to contact plus778 support in the first instance — the majority of account and gaming disputes are resolved at this level within 72 hours.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. No dispute shall be subject to class action or representative proceedings unless expressly required by applicable Philippine law.
